What is El Pibe?
Carlos Alberto Valderrama Palacio, also known as El Pibe, is a Colombian former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. A creative playmaker, he is regarded as one of the best Colombian footballers of all time, and by some as Colombia's greatest player ever. His distinctive hairstyle, as well as his precise passing and technical skills made him one of South America's most recognisable footballers in the late 1980s and early 1990s. He won the South American Footballer of the Year award in 1987 and 1993, and in 1999, he was also named one of the top 100 players of the 20th century by World Soccer. In 2004, he was included in the FIFA 100, a list of the 125 "greatest living footballers" chosen by Pelé to celebrate the 100th anniversary of FIFA. Valderrama was a member of the Colombia national football team from 1985 until 1998. He represented Colombia in 111 full internationals and scored 11 times, making him the second-most capped player in the country's history, behind only David Ospina. He played a major role during the golden era of Colombian football in the 1990s, representing his national side in three FIFA World Cups and five Copa América tournaments. After spending most of his career playing club football in South America and Europe, towards the end of his career Valderrama played in Major League Soccer, joining the league in its first season. One of the most recognisable players in the league at the time of its inception, he helped popularise the league during the second half of the 1990s. To this day, he is an icon and is considered one of the most decorated players to ever play in MLS; in 2005, he was named to the MLS All-Time Best XI. Leveraged Yield Farming Platform: The aim of the PIBE is to transition to a robust and successful concept of a leveraged yield Farm platform with “Boost Cards” or “Turbo Cards”, in pairs with: GOAL, BNB and wKSOC within the DeFi protocols. Physical Use of PIBE: The ULA FC Token may be used by the ULA FC Football Club in the exchange of physical products of the club and partners, or even with the construction of incentives and facilities for the ULA Token holder within the football club’s own physical environment and/ or partner environments, which may extend to the exchange for exclusive or partial physical products of the club. This utility must be analyzed and/or made available by the Club itself, with no obligation to do so. DeFi Channel: In partnership with blockchain consulting company KSOC SPORTS, Carlos Valderrama together with Fanatics Finance is working on creating a powerful environment for Football Clubs to use to their full potential in terms of branding and sponsoring. Within Fanaticis Finance, the PIBE Token will offer rewards for the PIBE/BNB pair in GOAL Token + PIBE, in addition to other pairs with “Boost” to obtain a constant and attractive APR% and APY%. This is a step towards improving the user experience of the sports industry, allowing the integration of previously inaccessible audiences with so-called “Fan Tokens”. GamiFi, BETfi: Fanatics Finance, together with its developer partner KSOC SPORTS, believes the future of finance lies at the intersection of games and DeFi. The partnership between the companies has evolved into the creation of an “Online Betting” and “Online Casino” system, where ALL Fanatics Finance Exclusive Tokens, including El Pibe will be accepted for use within the “FanaticsBet” where 100 % of fees charged by FanaticsBet will be used to BUY AND BURNING GOAL TOKEN. The association between: Fan tokens, DeFi platform and Gamification of sports betting, will be the most effective burning mechanism for the removal from the market and consequent enhancement of the GOAL Token.
What is El Pibe Token?
PIBE is the licensed and authorized token of Carlos Valderrama, the biggest Colombian soccer player. It serves a variety of key utilities: encouragement of DeFi protocols, benefits of gamification and sporting bets mechanics and distribution, and leveraging the club’s image and brand with its fans. Incentive models can include mechanisms such as using the token to purchase physical products from the Club or its partners, as well as incentives and facilities within the Club’s environment. Finally, most of the Fanatics Finance ecosystem products are built to generate profit and we are actively exploring models to redistribute those profits among PIBE Token, wKSOC, GOAL and ULA Token holders.
El PIbe Token Distribution
The total supply of El Pibe tokens is 1,000,000.
Details:
50% (500,000 PIBE) will be reserved for the IFO on Fanatics Finance. All El Pibe tokens not sold in the IFO will be burned to protect the capital of all buyers.
10% (100,000 PIBE) will be reserved to create liquidity and boost card rewards involving El Pibe Token and/or other exclusive Fanatics Finance tokens.
20% (200,000 PIBE) will be reserved for exclusive use and development of the PIBE and/or its partners, the total distribution of this amount being made at the rate of 80,000 PIBE tokens per year. Following the IFO, approximately 50% of the total supply will be circulating in the market.

What is the “Overflow” sale method? TLDR: Basically, the more you put in, the more you will get, and you’ll get back anything that doesn’t get spent. In the “Overflow” method, users can subscribe as much or as little as they want to the IFO, and their final allocation will be based on the amount of funds they put in as a percentage of all funds put in by other users at the time the sale ends. Users will receive back any leftover funds when they claim their tokens after the sale.
